Website Doesn't Recognize Premium Membership

For some reason the website doesn't recognize my Apple funded membership. I have been a faithful Windy fan for a long time now. My iPad and iPhone show my favorite locations, but the website does not. I can't favorite anything either. The little heart button by the search box doesn't appear on Mac or PC. Any suggestions?

@Suty I see this frequently as well where the icon will show that I am Premium, but the website does not show the details. Logging out and back on solves the issue. I shared my experience with a couple of other Premium subscribers as well, similar results. Phones still reflect properly. I have not been able to reproduce manually, it just happens from time to time, but keeps happening.

@Suty The same issue here. I've recently bought a premium subscription on iPad. The subscription is active on the Apple subscription list, but the website doesn't recognize it. Logging out/in on the website doesn't change anything. My email is maciej.k*****r@icloud.com. I'm using the same email to log in on the website and on the iPad application.

@maciek129 Hi, I checked your account and the email is correct. Also the Premium is assigned there. Can you please test it in the private window of the browser? If the issue persists, please contact us at support@windy.com.
