Can't change start up later.

Win 11 PC. MS Edge Browser.
I can't set my startup later. In Settings> Startup later and locations it is set for Rain, Thunder but it always defaults to Weather Radar.

@Suty hi. As far as I know I haven't changed accounts. My picture is at the top right and shows Premium. Everything else works as expected.

@Jonmal Okay and can be for example possible that you open the URL of Windy.com with certain path behind .com?

For example, that you open www.windy.com/-Weather-radar-radar instead of www.windy.com?
