Wind Speed

I’m trying to view the jet stream. On the wind screen wind speed shows wind speeds up to 70 MPH by different colors. They are assigned blue, green, orange and so on. But when I change the altitude up above 5,500 meters, new colors start to appear that are not found in the color bar at the bottom of my screen (white and yellow). How do I interpret these colors? Here is a screenshot.

I’m using the Windy app on my iPad.
Version 14.1.3. Pro user.

To get the detailed color scale, in Settings go to Customize color scale, at bottom of the list. You’ll find the default color scale setting.
