Desktop : navigation on time slider hidden behind selected date-time

Hi Windy.

The time slider has recently been updated.
Unfortunately, on Desktop, the navigation on time slider is hidden behind selected date-time, which is painful tu use.

I don't know if this is going to make consensus, but in my humble opinion, the selected date-time (the orange bubble) should be in the background, the navigating black bubble in the foreground, in front of the orange bubble.
