How to get in contact with helpdesk?

How to activate after paying? As a new costumer paid a yearly fee, received confirmation via mail (Paddle). Was expecting to receive an activation key of some sort, to log in. But received nothing in the mail. I contacted Bot with same question, and I was told Windy was to get in contact with me soonest. Two days further, and no answer yet. Is there someone here who can advise me how to activate after payment is done?
