          I have an alert set up for Bridgend (paragliding site) for NE / E.

          0_1496155741653_upload-31f05055-988b-4132-9cec-64c7441eefc2

          and just got an alert for this site by email.

          0_1496155784570_upload-e5b62651-64ab-4006-ac1c-5d8c3ca65194

          Which doesn't quite match the wind direction specified.. Any ideas or is it something I have mis-configured?

                The bug regarding bad direction match have been FOUND AND FIXED

                // check if integer is in dir array
                // dir = 275.6
                // directions = [ 'E','SW','W','NW' ]
                var compareDirections = (dir,directions) => {
                	const dir2dir = ['N','NE','E','SE','S','SW','W','NW','N']

                	if(!directions.length) return true

                	var index = Math.floor( ( +dir + 22.5 ) / 45 ) // returns 0 .. 8

                	return directions.indexOf( dir2dir[ index ] ) > -1

                }

                      Started seeing some Alerts a few days ago. I find that the forecast alerts are given way too far in advance. In my area even the best forecasts can change the same day so I never check the forecast beyond 24 hours in advance. In fact, the first alert I got completely changed by the time I saw the email later in the day. I do like how easy it is to keep up to date with a changing forecast for any given alert through the link to a detailed forecast in the email.

                      Could there be an option to select how much advance notice to get. I like 24 hours or less.

                              My spot is "Rosario - Argentina"; I-ve posted for an Alert; It Was accuratted, except that the Name of the Spot founded to be "Lourdes" instead of Rosario!. Was funny, but if it helps you, that was my only "bug" found.

                                Keeps sending me "alerts" about regular days?

                                I would rather have it send me alerst only on severe weather - and as the alert is ment to be displayed on phone and smartwatch etc, i would love to have a better definition of "big day" that is coming to my place.

                                Whats with the "big day" that is coming????

                                Will i get married? will i get the job? will trump initiate ww3 - which means the big day is coming to all of us?

                                0_1507976173195_upload-5e7ae165-e65a-4c76-9d89-42a34e59d4c9

                                can we change that sentence to classify the type of "bigness" - sever wind? severe rain/snow?

                                The picture above indicates nothing special about the "big day" (it shows 2 days, which one is big?)
                                normal wind, normal shitty weather, temperatures normal..... what is the qualifyer for "big day" ?

                                "make the text great again" ; we need informative alerts about relevant happenings - currently it is neither.
                                (mayhaps the relevancy i can alter in the settings when creating an alert, but the useless "big day" text i cant change.
                                And when i read that on my smartwatch, and i am forced to load the full blown app before i understand what the alert is about then i am frustrated.

                                ... yes, dear developers - i spent much time in my professional life around programmers and datacenters, and i know you want to crucify me now for posting something that may be more of a "feature" than a bug. (its by design, so lets ignore it)

                                I do have the impression though, that after your anger has subsided - you may find my feedback has a point.

                                cheers, thanks for reading until here :-)
