Gust option for Wind Alerts

I would love to be able to Target my alerts based on Gust Factor as well since that's often the data I rely on when I'm looking for my windows to fly.

@Suty hola, podrían considerar la selección de alertas de viento en grados? Es arcaico el sistema de cuadrantes (con respeto, y sin saber las dificultades técnicas que implica). Sistema actual es impresizo para fines específicos donde se necesitan los grados.
