<![CDATA[Can't move cursor around]]>We used to be able to move the cursor around while getting a weather forecast now we can't this is really annoying. We can get a weather forecast for one location but then we can't move the cursor to a different location to getting update at the cursor location. You have to exit out and then move the cursor and tap the button forecast in this location.
It's just extra steps.
We use windy for sailing so to move the cursor around to get different locations is a massive bonus

It is possible to grab and move the map even when the detailed forecast is displayed. You need you enable it here:

I'm guessing you're using Windy on a phone, and the “cursor” is the fixed crosshair on the screen. It is now the map that you can move around in the mobile app. But when you get the detailed forecast for a location it is not possible to grab the map and to move it.
With the old version of the mobile app, this was possible because the weather picker was similar to the one in the browser version, but that was about two years ago.
To overcome this problem, you could use the Route Planner on your phone by clicking Distance&planning. Have you tried playing with it? You can change the position of the waypoints and the forecast table changes instantly.
