@TTCTPH Hi, since you purchased the premium in our browser version of Windy via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link and cancel the subscription there.

@Anne-Chen You are a bit newer user on our platform and you purchased Premium via Paddle, that we started to use a few months ago. When you access the platform you should be able to find the cancellation button there.
At the moment, I still see that you subscription is active.
