Duplicated subscription across pc and iphone

Hi,
I've purchased premium subscription from my pc but when I log in from my phone with the same credentials it's not synced and asked me to purchase premium again. After experimenting I did try to purchase again and charged me twice. Please reach out to me as it gets messy.
