      Location is not determined, gives an error. In the settings, location data: always.

        @Galina-R Hi, what device do you use? And where exactly do you miss the correct location? In app, widget? If you talk about the app, which layer has that issue?

          Yes, in the Widdy application, both on the iPhone and on the Huawei phone, it does not determine the location, before it determined the location at least every other time, but now it cannot find it at all, you have to search for the settlement on the map

            @Galina-R Okay and when you longtap the home button in the app, does it help or not? Can you please try it and describe the behavior?

              No, it doesn't help, we hold the home button on top, the green line lights up, determining the location, but after a while the red line. And through the settings, if you press the button for determining the location, the same thing happens and the error FAILED TO DETERMINE YOUR LOCATION.MAKE SURE WINDY.COM HAS PERMISSION TO ACCESS YOUR LOCATION.

                  Now I use Huawei phone, but I had the same error on IPhone. In the application settings on the phone, everything is enabled ALLOW USE ALWAYS ABOUT LOCATION.

                        @Galina-R I am sorry about the delay with my response. Do you use any VPN tool, if not, could you please try to reinstall the app completely and try it once again? Do you have turned GPS on on these devices?

                          @Suty VPN not in use. GPS is on. Reinstalling the app didn't help

                                  @Galina-R For now, we are still not able to replicate the issue. Can you please check the error console at the bottom of the menu after that error message?

                                      @Suty I tried to figure it out and changed the local location definition to IP in the application settings. The location began to be determined, but every now and then errors also pop up in red. Please try to figure out my problem, why does GPS not determine the location at all, and IP every other time???

                                        @Galina-R Okay, you mean the red bar at the top of the page. But can you check the error console in the menu of our app?
