I think you just need to “Restore the purchase” to activate the Premium service.

It's working now. All I had to do was create an account here for this forum and then I used the same login info as I use on this forum for the app & website to log in. I was expecting to get an email with instructions on how to setup my new account but never did. All is good now, thanks.

I am having similar issue. I paid thru apple, but the same email and password doesn't get me premium on the web base product.

I see here you are Premium according to the badge near your username.
You should be Premium too on the website. Sometime you need to wait some minutes.
