Payment for premium

Getting email that my subscription is renewed, payed, but I cant seem to get my account to premium, followed all the steps but no. Emailed to support and no answer……
??? More people having this issue??

After the payement did you activate the Premium service by Restoring the Purchase ?

Hi, yes tried it, but I dont have an invoice where I should find that code. I used Paypal and got no invoice, no codes just a confirmation that my premium is renewed ( and payed for) but I have no access
