wind speed prediction at height

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what height the predicted wind speeds are by default?

I am aware that generally wind speeds increase with elevation, therefore it would be good to know if Windy says 14m/s at a particular location, does it take into account the elevation of the location?

The default wind height in Windy is "surface". This means a height of 10 m, as wind is usually measured at official weather stations.
