Better identification of jet stream for the aircraft

In aviation, jet stream is characterized by winds from 80 knots. So, I suggest modifying the color gradation in the subtitle and highlight the winds from 80 knots. Thus, the airmen will better identify the horizontal thickness of the jet stream.

The Windy "settings" section allows you to customise your own color scaling for all the available parameters. I have been able to modify the wind scale (and other parameters) to suit my own personal preferences and this is retained through my personal profile.
