Fog changes the clouds forecast

Heyyo,

For a couple years now I've noticed that if I'm on the clouds layer, and then switch to the Fog layer it changes the clouds forecast if I move back to clouds. The first image shows the clouds layer for a particular time. Then I switched to fog, then switched back to the clouds layer. The second image shows how the forecast is now different, despite the time being the same. This happens every time I go to the fog layer and then back to clouds. To reset the forecast to the original, I have to type windy.com into my browser. Hitting the refresh button doesn't do it. This happens in DuckDuckGo and chrome, and the app on my iphone.
