Lightning map error

So i live in India in the western part of maharashta here during the April months there is no rain (other than now there is a system which can lead to rain) but the lightning which is shown is completely out of place it is showing lightning like in area with no visible clouds in maps and from the ground if it is known bug i don't know but the lightning map really feels off when this happens
