      what do you mean by 800 hpa,700hpa,900hpa and 850hpa?

        hPa stands for hectoPascal.
        Is a unit of (atmospheric) pressure equal to a millibar.
        Standard pressure at sea level is 1013hPa.
        850 hPa lies at aprox. 5000ft (1500m high) ... 700 hPa at 10000ft etc
