Hi,
I’m just bought Windy Premium – I received the confirmation email and I’m signed in with the same email I used for the purchase.
However, my account still shows the free version, and I can’t find any way to contact an admin directly.I’ve already tried refreshing and logging out/in again, but Premium features are still locked.
Can someone please help me or tell me what to do next?
