Android Widget doesn't respect 24 setting

45.0.6 widget shows AM/PM however,
System Settings are 24 h,
App Settings are 24 h.
Relaunched, performed reboot,
No change. Widget is still showing 12h AM/PM.

@purportex I have a similar issue: the forecast widget is displaying temps in C when I have the app set for F. The widget is supposed to inherit from the app.

I've the same issue about 24h time.
My settings are on 24h time but widget 4x2 always shows AM/PM
