Premium benefits not available when logged on windy.com on laptop.

Hope you are doing well.

I have purchased premium subscription for windy.com on iphone (red logo), want to use it on laptop. login was successful but premium benefits not available. Tried to restore purchases but i have not received any order reference on my email.

Kindly advise.

@arman-gang58 Hi, if you have the Premium assigned to your account on your mobile device, please check the account info there. It is usually related to the issue, that user assigned the Premium to a different email address.
