Hi everyone,
I’m new here and just bought Windy Premium – I received the confirmation email and I’m signed in with the same email I used for the purchase.
However, my account still shows the free version, and I can’t find any way to contact an admin directly.I’ve already tried refreshing and logging out/in again, but Premium features are still locked.
Can someone please help me or tell me what to do next?

I have the same problem like you. I have updated the yearly subscription at Windy.com and when I made the payment, it was taken by another site called Paddle.com. The problem is that -
@tanissuu Paddle is our official service for payments and general subscription management, so this behavior is correct.
