How to disable the five day forecast and air pollution map by default on desktop?

I'm trying to display sea temperature data on a type of kiosk where no user interaction can be given to the screen- and while the layer and location I chose sticks, my settings do not... so it kicks back to showing the 5 day forecast with the pop up and also shows in celcius where I need it in fahrenheit .

Is there any way to save those settings so it stays with the link when I input it into the kiosk software?

Note: I tried to use the widget's for this but there is currently not a widget available for sea temperatures
