I have now experienced this issue many times. Not a big one, but a bit frustrating nevertheless. Every once in a while my settings will turn "time" to 12h showing am/pm times instead of 24h. I log out and in, but it is a permanent change until I change it back to 24 hour. Then it stays there for a day, a week, a month, but eventually it turns to 12h again.
