Premium membership does not work

Yesterday I paid for a premium membership at Windy.com
I did get receipt for my payment and everything seems to be clear and correct.
However when I log on I have no access to premium functions. And on the screen it says ‘upgrade to premium membership’
I have chatted with the bot, but this is going nowhere.. but frustrations.
So, dear Windy.com. How can I get some help from you?

I see the Premium badge next to your username here.
So you should be able to access the Premium benefits.
