<![CDATA[Allow for model rearrange or show all models on desktop]]>Hello,

A few updates back, the model selector on desktop took on a compact view. Don't get me wrong, I love compact views. However, as implemented it adds some extra clicks and I think could be improved with some tweaks.

It would be nice if we could rearrange which models show in this compact view or alternatively "force" the model selector to show all available models for the given viewing area without automatically collapsing.

I could see how in some regions where lots of models are available it could become noisy (particularly Europe where the team is mostly based I think).

However, we are planning changes in the used technology to offer something like this.

I agree with the comment about the compact view. At the same time, I understand that it’s not practical to implement every individual user preference. A reasonable compromise might be to eliminate the compact view altogether. Since the goal is often to compare multiple models, keeping the expanded view by default would streamline the process and reduce the extra steps required to toggle between views.

We are aware of many preferences of various users and if we implement all these feedbacks, there will be a button for literally everything, which will be confusing. We are doing our best to follow all feedbacks but we cannot satisfy all of them.
