      Hello, I just logged on to check a spot after I received an alert... but it looks like all of my favorites have disappeared?

          @kdawgg Could you please try to log out and in back to your account? We checked your account on our end and it seems that favorites are there, but we would like to find the issue causing that you can't see them now.

            It is worrying to hear that your favorites have disappeared from your account. You should log back in as suggested by your administrator, to see if that resolves the issue.
