UI Bugs

[Aziztibba]

Following bugs in UI:
1-Click any button in Detail weather Forecast Menu e.g. ECMWF, GFS or 1h/3h button, the Buttons are not highlighted as intended.
2-Weather model update time next to Compare Forecast is also not visible.
Please Fix these UI issues. Thanks

@Aziztibba Thank you for sharing these bugs. When you click on any other layer than satellite, is this issue solved?

@Suty yes buttons issue gets resolved after switching layers, but update time still not visible after switching layer.
