      Dear Windy Team,

      I am trying to proceed with the payment for a Windy Premium subscription and would like to request an official invoice.
      However, I was unable to find the appropriate email address to contact for billing or invoice-related matters.

      Could you kindly provide the contact email of the person or team in charge of issuing invoices for Windy Premium?

        @ESROCC HI, we use third-party providers for the whole purchase process (Paddle, Google Play and AppStore) and they provide the invoice immediately after the purchase.

          Following the guidance of you, I successfully completed the payment for Windy Premium using my company credit card.
          The transaction was successful, and I have also received the corresponding Tax Invoice.

          However, I have noticed that our account has not yet been upgraded to reflect the Windy Premium subscription status.
          I would appreciate it if you could kindly check the status of my subscription and assist with activating the Premium features.

          If you need any additional information such as the invoice number, transaction ID, or account details,
          I would be happy to provide them.
