Wider pressure gradient

Currently the default range for barometric pressure shown on the map ranges from 990 to 1025 mB. This is not sufficient and large parts of the world, notably the South Atlantic, Pacific and Southern Ocean are shown in a uniform grey colour.

This range needs to be increased to cover 930 to 1030 mB by default. I suggest a neutral green for the colour step containing 1013 (average pressure) changing to blue for lower and red to higher pressures.

I know that the individual can change this in settings but it is quite a chore. A default covering the normal range of pressures would be better IMO.
