      Hi,
thanks for this alarm option. I would be really nice if you give us the option to select the forecast model for the alarm. Otherwise I cant use it in the alps (Small Grid Windforecast Icon-d2) EMWCF doesnt work for me.
      Best regards
      Fritz

I have set the wind alert both as a notification and as an email message for a location on my Samsung S20 phone but still I am not receiving any notification. Obviously I have enabled all permissions.
          Thanks

Did you set a wind alert plus other parameters? If you set several conditions there is less chance to get an alert.
And you must ‘save’ your setting at bottom of the Alert setting panel.

@cuezco, yeah I was happily using Windy alerts in Ireland with the ECMFW model working nicely there, but now in Canada these alerts are useless. Unlike HRRR, that model is not accurate at all here. I can only get alerts generated by ECMFW modeling, and these are always wrong in this region :(

@javiclayton Thank you for feedback. Alerts are currently only available for ECMWF model, but we may add more model options in the future.

Is it possible to set alerts based on real time data from airport weather stations instead of forecasts?

@mvanhove Hello, it is not possible to set alert based on measured data from stations or airports.

                      Hi,
I have the same issue regarding the model selection in the Switzerland. AROME seem to be the best here for wind.

Feature Request: Is it possible to set up alerts for different altitudes, say FL100?

@ivo I'm trying to set an alert for when the forecasted temperature is between -35C and -20C but it appears that it is not possible to configure alerts for temperatures below -20. Is there a way to set that up? When the temperature gets very cold (below -22C), we have to take extra measures to ensure water pipes do not freeze and it would be nice to be able to set up alerts for that.

@shaundaigle Hello, that's correct, there is currently no way to set the alert for more than -20C. Thanks for feedback.

Can we change how far in advance the notifications are triggered?
Ideally I'd like a notification 3-5 days in advance even though I understand the accuracy will be worse.

@edwardwsears This option is currently not available, but thanks for the input!

Hi! How to set it up with option like "no rain accumulated within 24h"? So it will work only if there was no rain last 24 hours.

Thanks for the answer. Can you add that as wished from the feedback? Or is it there already?
