I am in the hell China mainland, PRC,not taiwan ROC.
I am using vpn to connect to the outside web,from the hell China.
But , It had been operating normally for nearly a year with same vpn before this.

I tried it, no difference. But I found that when I access windy.com from a Windows 10 PC using a browser, everything works fine, and all weather information is available, no matter which VPN I use.
