tell me how you will resolve the double billing for "premium" service please. I don't see how else I can resolve this issue. 04/06/2025 billed 24.95 twice AND, premium upgrade won't load. thanks

Have you looked for the incident report or contact section to respond to the incident?

@Bill-Wiygul To pair Premium, which was purchased in our browser version via Paddle, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
3. Click on 'Restore purchases'.
4. On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.
