I can't to use the '1-hour forecast' and '16 days forecast' functions.

I have continued to purchase Windy Premium on April 5th, However, I am currently unable to use the '1-hour forecast' and '16 days forecast' functions. I have written an email to this address: support@windy.com Also attached is my tax invoice. Can you help me solve the above problem? Thank you

@shivame I see this same problem when I go to windy.com in the Chrome web browser. In the Edge browser, I see the 16 days forecast, but the 1-hour forecast does not work. Both 1-hour forecast and 16 days forecast work when using the Android and Apple apps.
