Windy premium not working

Hi! I paid for an annual subscription of Windy premium and apparently i'm supposed to receive an email from Paddle, which i didn't. My gmail account has been running on 100% storage for some days as i'm slowly migrating to a different cloud service and as such i didn't reiceive any email from Paddle. I have the purchase receipt from my credit card.

@Olivictor Since your Gmail account is at 100% capacity, consider clearing some space. Deleting unwanted emails or large attachments can help you receive new emails.

Already done so but haven't received any new emails from windy or the third party company. I need the email to be resent to me
