Subscription issue: FastSpring

Hi, I'm having an issue renewing my subscription via fastspring. Could you please confirm the email account that we originally registered this account with?
It may have been form*****s@contactenergy.co.nz which has now be decommissioned - which means I can't get the email from fastspring. If this is the case, could you please let me know how to resolve the issue (or is there another way to pay)?

@contact123 Hi, you are right about that email address, so I would cancel this subscription completely and you can purchase the new one with your active email. Is that okay for you?

@Suty Hi Suty. I have the same problem. Started my subscription 4/5 years ago and have since updated my email address. I need to update my card details on fastspring but can't log in. I'm happy to create a new account using my apple ID. I think this seems the most straightforward way.

@O-C For your case, I would cancel your subscription with the old email, and then you can purchase new subscription with your recent email address, is that okay for you?

@O-C Okay, I canceled your auto-renewal, so you can purchase a new Premium when your subscription expires (June 20, 2025).
