Hello, love the Windy app. Been a Premium sub for quite awhile and get a lot of use out of it. Noticed in a recent update that the airports are now on my main page as a green dot. As a former FAA’r and now a flight procedure designer, I love the data.
Today while traveling to CLT I decided to look at the airfield info that pops up when you select the green dot. I noticed that RWYs 05/23 at CLT are still listed on the sheet but they have been officially decommissioned. That got me wondering about how that data is updated within Windy since we are in the process of renumbering all of CLTs RWYs as well as adding a fourth parallel RWY in 2027. This kind of thing on updated data may affect other airports and that’s the reason I bring it up. It may be out of Windy’s control but I thought it’s worth mentioning.

@ekkoville Hi, thank you for reporting this I will discuss it with colleagues, since the update of this Airport database is already needed, because of many changes in the last months and years.
