    Unable to use the premium version benefits even after making the payment

      I have made the payment for the subscription of windy premium on 15th April 2025 , till date i am not able to access the premium benefits. Please help me in resolving this issue.Windy subsription.png

        @flyingwedge To pair Premium, which was purchased in our browser version via Paddle, please follow these steps:

        1. Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
        2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
        3. Click on 'Restore purchases'.
        4. On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.
