Subject: Urgent: Paid Premium Subscription Not Activated – No Response Received
Dear Windy.com Support,
I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding my Windy Premium subscription. Despite completing the payment for the annual Premium subscription, my account still does not reflect any Premium access, and I have not received any response to my previous messages.
Here are the full details of the transaction:

• Supplier: Paddle.com Market Ltd, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United KingdomI have attached my invoice and email confirmation again for your reference. As clearly shown, I have paid in full, including VAT (THB 33.30), for the subscription.
Despite this, I still have no Premium access, and no one from your team has contacted me to resolve this issue. I kindly ask you to activate my Premium subscription immediately or provide a full refund if this cannot be done without further delay.
I look forward to a prompt resolution. Otherwise, I will be forced to report this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities and payment provider.

@Dariusz-Krause To pair Premium, which was purchased in our browser version via Paddle, please follow these steps:
- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
- Click on 'Restore purchases'.
- On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.

Thank you for your response regarding the Premium activation. I followed all the steps you listed, but unfortunately, I still can’t activate my Premium subscription.
Would it be possible for you to send me a direct link or a simplified method via email to help me activate the Premium version? I really appreciate your support, as I need access to the full functionality as soon as possible.

@Dariusz-Krause Unfortunately, it is not possible, may I ask what you get when you try that? To be sure, you need to handle that in the browser, not the mobile app.
