Premium purchased for Windy, but I don’t have access

Hello,
I purchased an annual membership for Windy.com from you (via browser, payment through Paddle), but I’m unable to access the premium content with my account. How can I link the Paddle account to my Windy account? I'm registered with the same email address on both platforms. -
@Peggy666 To pair Premium, which was purchased in our browser version via Paddle, please follow these steps:
- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
- Click on 'Restore purchases'.
- On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.

@Suty. I have the same problem. I purchased premium with creditcard ...7390 But it is not linked to my account remamholding@gmail.com .
Did not receive a mail on that mailPlease advice
