Premium Account Order Reference or Invoice

I recently purchased the premium account., and never received any email about the order reference number or invoice so that I can restore the purchase as advised on your website.
I have the proof of payment and transaction through my credit card as wel as bank reference number. Please advise how I can get my account activated.Thanks,

@Suty, I purchased it on the PC and web browser. Can you provide me with an email so that I can send the bank/credit card invoice?
