How do I get the Waves overlay to display on a Windy embed?

Embeds set to show the "Waves" overlay show no coloured areas--so technically the waves data is missing. Here's an example of it embedded on a page: http://staging.fishlodges.com/lodge/?id=45. It is the same in the preview when setting up the embed code. Is this a bug?
