premium not workin

paid for premium and not showing up after multiple login and out attempts. 000002CEEWT000898766 was the refrence number i was given. please either refund or fix

@Boomslanger To pair Premium, which was purchased in our browser version via Paddle, please follow these steps:
- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
- Click on 'Restore purchases'.
- On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.

the refrence number i have doesn't start with that. It also told me the charge didn't go through but its reflecting it did on my credit card

negative. i was never sent an invoice. But the charge showed up in my statement
