Swiss weather model ICON-CH1 and ICON-CH2 are now available as open data. They would be interesting in Windy for the Alpine region and much of Europe. I assume the Windy administrators are aware of this.

I have been on premium for a few years.
Living in Switzerland and composing between AROME and the German ICON.
It would be great if they could be integrated. -
Have been using Windy.com mostly in Switzerland. Would be great to see this data being available!

Also a premium user, I'd really like to see this! ICON CH is remarkably good in the Swiss Alps , and potentially as far as the northern Mediterranean Sea; although in the MeteoSwiss app one cannot pinpoint locations outside Switzerland, which makes it quite limiting... Having it in Windy would be great!
It could probably work similarly as ICON-D2 which falls back onto ICON-EU? https://www.meteoswiss.admin.ch/services-and-publications/service/weather-and-climate-products/weather-forecasts.html

Fully agree. Would be great to see the Data in windy app. On Lake Constance Meteo Suisse data is most reliable. Seeing this Data in windy app would be a reason to continue my premium windy. Thanks so much in advance.

With no news and multiple updates since the request I will start to consider other options.

I have mentioned this in a more recent post, among other models, Admin/Devs are aware of it.
