Dear Windy Support Team,
I recently purchased Windy Premium with the expectation of accessing detailed hourly forecasts, including wet-bulb temperature data. However, I’ve realized that the platform does not support the features I need, such as hourly plots for wet-bulb temperature at specific locations.
Since the service does not meet my requirements, I kindly request a refund for my subscription.
