<![CDATA[Wind barbs show wrong speed and direction for first time period in wind display mode]]>In detailed wind display mode for a selected location, the displayed wind barbs for the first time period shown indicate erroneous speeds and directions which are clearly inconsistent with the tabulated values. Selecting any of the following time periods appears to display wind barbs with the correct information although I have not been able to verify this exactly, only that they are plausibly consistent with the information in the table.

I have screenshots but do not see how I can add them to this report.

This bug on iOS has been reported here before, but was never fixed.
There is a one-hour difference between the arrow diagram and the table.

The tabulated values on iOS agree with those on the android app and the android wind barbs are consistent with the tabulated data.

I have checked on Android version 45.1.3 and this issue is NOT replicated there.

The above screenshots show that the wind barbs are displaying the information for the time period previous to the selected time period. E.g. the second image IMG_1473 shows the wind barbs for the time 1700 (Arome HD from East) but the selected time is 2000 when Arome HD is forecast to be from West. The following image has the barbs for 2000 but the selected table time is 2300.
