I bought the premium subscription through Apple's App Store and I can't Log In using my original free account info. How do I use my new Premium Account that I paid for? I created this new account to try to contact someone at Windy.com and you don't seem to have a way to do that. Where did my money go and why can't I use the premium that I paid for?

@mark-lamb You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.
