Hi, we're sorry to hear that the rain forecast didn’t turn out as expected. However, Windy.com only displays forecasts of various meteorological elements, it does not generate them. The actual calculations are performed by numerical weather prediction models from different meteorological institutions (e.g., ECMWF). Therefore, any request to improve the forecast should be directed to those centers.
That said, I believe they are doing their best to provide the most accurate forecasts possible.
To compare forecasts from different models, you can use the „Compare Forecast“ feature on Windy.
