Premium disapeared

Hi Windy users, I signed up for a Premium version on april 23 2025 and payed by google pay. I received a welcome mail and Premium worked well until yesterday. I tried to reactivate my purchase but nothing worked. Last but not least i wrote an email to support@windy.com
Who can help me with this issue? Leaving next week on a 4 months sailing trip......Regards
