Which platform did you use to subscribe and pay ? -
@Sabine-Hoffmann-2 I checked your email and related payments and you purchased the Premium via Google Play in our Android app, so you will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.
